Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions: In these terms and conditions, "INGLO" refers to INGLO INC registered in the state of California in the USA, "Program refers to INGLO Exclusive City Partner Program, "Partner" refers to the business broker appointed as an INGLO Exclusive City Partner, and "City" refers to the respective city for which the partner is appointed.

2. Appointment: INGLO reserves the right to appoint or reject any applicant for the program. The appointment of a partner is non-transferable and non-assignable.

3. Term: The term of the Program shall commence on the date of appointment and shall continue for a period of one (1) year, unless terminated earlier in accordance with these terms and conditions, the term can be renewed at every one (1) year subject to Yearly Program fees payment and satisfactory performance of the partner.

4. Exclusive Rights: INGLO grants the Partner exclusive rights to represent INGLO in the City for the duration of the Program. The Partner shall not represent any other business networking platform or competitor of INGLO in the city during the term of the Program.

5. Obligations: The partner shall:
1. Act as a liason between INGLO and the Business Community in the city
2. Promote INGLO's services and events to the Business Community in the city
3. Provide Offline services to INGLO's users in the city
4. Comply with INGLO's Branding and Marketing guidelines
5. Maintain confidentiality of INGLO's business and operations.
6. Adhere to INGLO's code of conduct and ethics

6. Fees and Commissions: The partner has to charge Brokerage fees in relevance to the offline services to be rendered to INGLO's users in their respecive city and such fees are to be collected directly from the respective user whom the services are being offered. INGLO has no role in paying any fees or commission to Partner in this Program. INGLO shall not be held responsible for any dispute that may arise between partner and the user for any reason there may be.

7. Termination: INGLO reserves the right to terminate the Program and the partner's appointment with immediate effect, without notice, if the Partner:
1. Fails to comply with these terms and conditions;
2. Breaches INGLO''s code of conduct and ethics
3. Engages in any activity that is detrimental to INGLO's business and operations
4. Found inactive with Business activities
5. On receiving complaints from users in regards with unprofessionnal behaviour, fradulant activities, Unlawful activities

8. Confidentiality: The partner shall maintain confidentiality of INGLO's business and operations and shall not disclose any confidential information to any third party
9. Intellectual Property: INGLO retains all rights,title and interest in its intellectual property, including its trademarks,logos, and branding.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California in the USA
11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the California Arbitration Association.

By applying/Joining to the INGLO Exclusive City partner Program, the applicant acknowledges that they have read,understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
