CODE OF CONDUCT AND ETHICS 

As a valued partner of INGLO, We expect you to uphold the highest standards of integrity,professionalism,and ethics in your dealings with INGLO,our users, and the broader business community.

Principles of Conduct

1. Honesty and Integrity: Partners shall act with honesty and integrity in all their dealings, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism."
2. Confidentiality: Partners shall maintain confidentiality of INGLO's business and operations, as well as any confidential information shared by INGLO's users.
3. Professionalism: Partners shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, avoiding any behaviour that could damage INGLO's reputation or relationships with our users.
4. Compliance: Partners shall comply with all applicable laws,regulations and industry standards, ensuring that their actions align with INGLO's values and principles.
5. Respect and Inclusivity: Partners shall treat all individuals with respect and dignity, regardless of their background,culture, or identity.

Prohibited Conduct
1. Bribary and corruption: Partners shall not engage in any form of bribery, corruption,or other unethical practices that could compromise INGLO's reputation or integrity.
2. Misrepresentation: Partners shall not misrepresent INGLO's services,products, or values, or make any false or misleading claims about INGLO or its offerings.
3. Unfair Competition: Partners shall not engage in any unfair or anti-competitive practices that could harm INGLO's business or reputation.
4. Harassment and Discrimination: Partners shall not engage in any form of harrassment, discrimination, or bullying that could create hostile or uncomfortable environment for INGLO's users or employees.

Reporting Misconduct
If you witness or suspect any misconduct or unethical behaviour by a partner, please report immediately to INGLO's management team. All reports will be investigated promtply and thoroughly, and any necessary actions will be taken to adress the misconduct.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct and Ethics may result in:

1. Termination: INGLO reserves the right to terminate its partnership with any partner who fails to comply with this Code of Conduct and Ethics.

2. Disciplinary Action: INGLO may take disciplinary action against any partner who fails to comply with this code, including but not limited  to, suspension or termination of partnership benifits.

3. Legal Action: INGLO reserves the right to take legal  action against any partner who engages in any misconduct or unethical behaviour that damages INGLO's reputation or interests.

By partnering with INGLO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct and Ethics.
